Who Can Access Our Services?
At Belgray Services Ltd, we provide support services for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. To ensure the best care and safety for all individuals, must meet the following admission criteria:
Eligibility Criteria
- Learning Disability and/or Autism – Individuals must have a diagnosed learning disability and/or autism.
- Need for Support Services– The person requires care and support but does not need full-time nursing care.
- Willingness to Engage – The individual (or their family/guardian) must agree to the support plan
- Risk Assessment – The person’s needs must align with the support and safety we can provide.
Exclusion Criteria
Unfortunately, we may not be able to offer support to individuals who:
- Require specialist nursing care that we are not licensed to provide.
- Have complex mental health conditions requiring intensive medical intervention.
- Pose a high risk to themselves or others beyond our ability to manage safely.
Referral Process
- Referral – A referral is made by the individual, family member, social worker, or healthcare professional.
- Initial Assessment – Our team reviews the person’s needs and circumstances.
- Detailed Pre-Assessment – We complete a full risk and care assessment to ensure we can meet the person’s needs.
- Support Plan Development – If suitable, we create a personalised care plan with input from the individual and their family.
- Start and Ongoing Support- Once everything is in place, the individual can transition into their support session continuous care and regular reviews.
